Sop for Operation Mixer Grinder

To lay down the procedure for MIXER GRINDER OPERATION. Check maximum capacity for a list of the load capacity of various ingredients.

2.0 SCOPE

2.1 This procedure applies to Quality Control Department.

3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 QC chemists to prepare and follow the SOP.

3.2 Head – QA & QC for implementation of SOP.

4.0 Operation Procedure

4.0.1 Before you start operating the Mixer Grinder DX, turn the power Unit Coupler manually,

4.0.2 To start the Mixer Grinder DX, unwind sufficient wire from the cord-winder which is located at the rear end of the unit connect the plug into a corresponding 3-pin socket.

4.0.3 Fix the gasket of the jar between the jar and the dome/flat lid.

4.0.4 For Dry/Wet Grinding. Fix the loose blade onto the jar with the help of the spatula

4.0.5 Fix the jar into the base unit by turning it anti-clockwise. Make sure it is firmly fixed. Set the speed control knob to the desired speed.

4.0.6 In the event of motor overloading (motor overload protection), press the Overload  Protector (OLP) switch situated at the base of the unit,

4.0.7 Check maximum capacity for a list of the load capacity of various ingredients

4.0.8 After each use, it is desirable to wash and thoroughly clean the jars.
