SOP FOR CLEANING AND SANITIZATION OF SIGMA MIXER


SOP for Cleaning and Sanitization of Colour Mixer Tank & Colour Stirrer Tank.


1.0       OBJECTIVE



1.1      To lay down the procedure for Cleaning and Sanitization of Sigma Mixer



2.0       SCOPE

2.1       This procedure applies to Production of XYUnit II.

3.0       RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1       Mixer operator to follow the SOP.

3.2       Head – Production & QA for complies of SOP.

SIGMA MIXER

4.0       PROCEDURE

4.1       CLEANING OF SIGMA MIXER

4.1.1    Switch “OFF” the main power supply of sigma mixer.
 
4.1.2    Open the door of the sigma mixer.
 
4.1.3    Check the bottom door of the mixer, it should be closed properly.
 
4.1.4    Clean all the powdery material.
 
4.1.5    Clean the inside area of the mixer with clean and dry cloth.

4.2       SANITIZATION OF SIGMA MIXER

 
4.2.1    Preparation of solution:
 
4.2.1.1 0.1% Carbendazim Slution-100mg of carbendazim powder in 100ml of IPA solution.
 
4.2.2    Spray 0.1% carbendazim solution.
 
4.2.3    After half an hour of spray, batch making can start.
 
4.2.4    Fill the record of cleaning & sanitization.
 
4.2.5    Overall process should checked by authorized person.
 
4.2.6    Fill the check list.
 
4.2.7    Check list should checked by authorized person

SOP for SANITIZATION OF Triple Roll Mill

1.0       OBJECTIVE

1.1       To lay down the procedure for Cleaning and Sanitization of Triple Roll Mill.

2.0       SCOPE

2.1       This procedure applies to Production of xy Unit I.

3.0       RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1       Line operator / Shift Officer & online QA to follow the SOP.

3.2       Head – Production & QA for complies of SOP.

4.0       PROCEDURE

4.1       CLEANING OF Triple Roll Mill 

4.1.1    Switch “OFF” the main power supply of Triple Roll Mill.
 
4.1.2    Hang the tag of ''MAN AT WORK DO NOT OPERATE'' on electrical panel.
 
4.1.3    Stop the Chilled water supply.
 
4.1.4    Remove the side cover & Hopper covers.
 
4.1.5    Remove Bottom Trays for cleaning.
 
4.1.6    Clean the entire roller surface for soap.
 
4.1.7    Remove Scrap knife Unit & clean area around it.
 
4.1.8    Clean the chick plate, discharge chute & its cover.
 
4.1.9    Cleaning will be done by Lint free cloth wetted with IPA.
 
4.1.10  Ensure no soap piece for any particles should be there.

4.2       SANITIZATION OF Triple Roll Mill

4.2.1    Preparation of solution:

4.2.1.1 0.1% Carbendazim Slution-100mg of carbendazim powder in 100ml of IPA solution.
 
4.2.2    Spray 0.1% carbendazim solution.
 
4.2.3    After half an hour of spray, Triple Roll Mill can start.
 
4.2.4    Fill the record of cleaning & sanitization.
 
4.2.5    Overall process should checked by authorized person.
 
4.2.6    Fill the check list.
 
4.2.7    Check list should checked by authorized person.

3.1       Line operator / Shift Officer & online QA to follow the SOP.

3.2       Head – Production & QA for complies of SOP.

4.0       PROCEDURE

4.1       CLEANING OF NOODLER

4.1.1    Switch “OFF” the main power supply of Noodler.
 
4.1.2    Hang the tag of ''MAN AT WORK DO NOT OPERATE'' on electrical panel.
 
4.1.3    Clean Noodler plate, cutter & mesh.
 
4.1.4    Ensure no soap piece for any particles should be there.

4.2       SANITIZATION OF NOODLER      

4.2.1    Preparation of solution:

4.2.1.1 0.1% Carbendazim Slution-100mg of carbendazim powder in 100ml of IPA solution.
 
4.2.2    Spray 0.1% carbendazim solution.
 
4.2.3    After half an hour of spray, noodler can start.
 
4.2.4    Fill the record of cleaning & sanitization.
 
4.2.5    Overall process should checked by authorized person.
 
4.2.6    Fill the check list.
 
4.2.7    Check list should checked by authorized person.

SOP FOR CLEANING AND SANITIZATION OF VACUUM PLODDER

1.0       OBJECTIVE

1.1       To lay down the procedure for Cleaning and Sanitization of Vacuum Plodder.

2.0       SCOPE

2.1       This procedure applies to Production of xyz.

3.0       RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1       Line operator / Shift Officer & online QA to follow the SOP.

3.2       Head – Production & QA for complies of SOP.

4.0       PROCEDURE

4.1       CLEANING OF Vacuum Plodder  

4.1.1    Switch “OFF” the main power supply of Triple Roll Mill.
 
4.1.2    Hang the tag of ''MAN AT WORK DO NOT OPERATE'' on electrical panel.
 
4.1.3    Clean the hopper and worms for any soap deposits.
           
4.1.4    Remove the side cover & Hopper covers, the front cutter and noodle plate along with
 mesh, clean all the parts thoroughly.

4.1.5    Open the vacuum chamber door; arrest it for not falling on the person.
 
4.1.6    Clean the chamber thoroughly.
 
4.1.7    Ensure no soap piece for any particles should be there.
 
4.1.8    Cleans all the side walls and final plodder worms.
 
4.1.9    Clean cone it's "Y" plate along with noodle plate & orifice plate.
 

4.2       SANITIZATION OF Vacuum Plodder    

4.2.1    Preparation of solution:

 
4.2.1.1 0.1% Carbendazim Slution-100mg of carbendazim powder in 100ml of IPA solution.
 
4.2.2    Spray 0.1% carbendazim solution.
 
4.2.3    After half an hour of spray, Vacuum Plodder can start.
 
4.2.4    Fill the record of cleaning & sanitization.
 
4.2.5    Overall process should checked by authorized person.
4.2.6    Fill the check list.
 
4.2.7    Check list should checked by authorized person.

1.0       OBJECTIVE

1.1       To lay down the procedure for Cleaning and Sanitization of TV Cutter.

2.0       SCOPE

2.1       This procedure applies to Production of xyz.

3.1       Line operator / Shift Officer & online QA to follow the SOP.

3.2       Head – Production & QA for complies of SOP.

4.0       PROCEDURE

4.1       CLEANING OF TV CUTTER    

4.1.1    Switch “OFF” the main power supply of TV Cutter.
 
4.1.2    Clean all the side rollers and their pins.
 
4.1.3    Clean the bottom conveyor & Railings with roller for any soap chips, dirt etc.
           
4.1.4    Clean the cutting blades.

4.2       SANITIZATION OF TV CUTTER   

4.2.1    Preparation of solution:

4.2.1.1 0.1% Carbendazim Slution-100mg of carbendazim powder in 100ml of IPA solution.
 
4.2.2    Spray 0.1% carbendazim solution.
 
4.2.3    After half an hour of spray, TV Cutter can start.
 
4.2.4    Fill the record of cleaning & sanitization.
 
4.2.5    Overall process should checked by authorized person.

1.0       OBJECTIVE

1.1       To lay down the procedure for Cleaning and Sanitization of Stamper.

2.0       SCOPE

2.1       This procedure applies to Production of xyz.

3.0       RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1       Stamper operator / Shift Officer and online QA to follow the SOP.

3.2       Head – Production & QA for complies of SOP.

4.0       PROCEDURE

4.1       CLEANING OF STAMPER

4.1.1    Switch “OFF” the main power supply of stamper.
 
4.1.2    Hang the tag of ''MAN AT WORK DO NOT OPERATE'' on electrical pannel.
 
4.1.3    Open the door of the stamper.
 
4.1.4    Clean the upper die & lower die, flash plate, tablet suction cup assembly & bar 
pickup assembly with hard plastic bristles brush.

4.1.5    Clean all the in feed off take & scrap conveyor belt.

4.2       SANITIZATION OF STAMPER

4.2.1    Preparation of solution:

4.2.1.1 0.1% Carbendazim Slution-100mg of carbendazim powder in 100ml of IPA solution.
 
4.2.2    Spray 0.1% carbendazim solution.
 
4.2.3    After half an hour of spray, stamper can start.
 
4.2.4    Fill the record of cleaning & sanitization.
 
4.2.5    Overall process should checked by authorized person.
 
4.2.6    Fill the check list.
 
4.2.7    Check list should checked by authorized person

SOP FOR CLEANING AND SANITIZATION OF WRAPPING MACHINE

 1.0       OBJECTIVE

1.1       To lay down the procedure for Cleaning and Sanitization of Wrapping Machine.

2.0       SCOPE

2.1       This procedure applies to Production of xyz.

3.0       RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1       Wrapping Machine operator / Shift Officer & online QA to follow the SOP.

3.2       Head – Production & QA for complies of SOP.

4.0       PROCEDURE

4.1       CLEANING OF WRAPPING MACHINE

4.1.1    Switch “OFF” the main power supply of Wrapping Machine.
 
4.1.2    Hang the tag of ''MAN AT WORK DO NOT OPERATE'' on electrical pannel.
 
4.1.3    Remove the guards.
 
4.1.4    Clean the oil & grease & dirt of conveying belts, all the top & side plates, railing & 
 turret parts.

 
4.1.5    Ensure that soap movement path to be free of any soap chips, wrapper or stiffner.
 
4.1.6    Ensure that complete path of Wrapper Stiffner to free from dirt & oil, grease.
  Specially pulling rollers & feed rollers.

4.1.7    Clean the area near PKD printing for any material deposited.

4.2       SANITIZATION OF WRAPPING MACHINE

4.2.1    Preparation of solution:

4.2.1.1 0.1% Carbendazim Slution-100mg of carbendazim powder in 100ml of IPA solution.
 
4.2.2    Spray 0.1% carbendazim solution.
 
4.2.3    After half an hour of spray, wrapping machine can start.
 
4.2.4    Fill the record of cleaning & sanitization.
 
4.2.5    Overall process should checked by authorized person.
 
4.2.6    Fill the check list.
 
4.2.7    Check list should checked by authorized person.
