The purpose of this Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is to establish a standardized procedure for the entry and exit of personnel into the production area. The objective of this SOP is to ensure the safety of persons, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and prevent unauthorized access.
1.0 PURPOSEÂ
To provide a procedure for entry/exit of the production area.
2.0Â SCOPEÂ
This procedure is applicable for the entry/exit procedure of production in xxx.
4.0Â RESPONSIBILITY
Production chemist.

Production In-charge.
6.0Â PROCEDUREÂ
ENTRY PROCEDUREÂ
a. Enter in the change room.Â
b. Put off the street slippers or shoes, and keep them in the rack. Â
c. Enter in the Hygiene room Clean your hands with a Scrub Station & dry your hand with a hot air hand drier.
e. Â Â Collect the clean apron from the sale of the change room.
f. Â Put on an apron and cap in the change room.
g. Cross over Bench.
h. Enter into the production area after wearing the apron.
i. Disposable shoe covers and caps may be provided to visitors at the time of visit in the production area.
EXIT PROCEDUREÂ
a. Enter into the change room before leaving the respective dept.
b. Cross over the bench.
c. Put off the apron and put on the hanger provided. If the dress is not dirty.
d. Put the dress in the linen bin if the dress is dirty.
e. Remove slippers and keep them at the dedicated place.
f. Put on the street shoe and exit from the changing room.
