SOP for cleaning and Sanitation in Soap industry floor

1.0       OBJECTIVE

1.1  To lay down the procedure for Sanitization of Plant (cleaning and sanitizing).

2.0       SCOPE

2.1   This procedure applies to Production of xyz.

3.0       RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1   Shift Officer & online QA to follow the SOP.

3.2   Head – Production & QA for complies of SOP.

4.0       PROCEDURE

4.1       SANITIZATION OF PLANT

4.1.1  Ensure there should not be any spillage on floor.

4.1.2 Ensure there should not any material/CLD/Tablet scatter on floor.

4.1.3    Ensure floor mopping has done by House Keeping personnel with 200 ppm Sodium Hypochloride solution with daily basis.

4.1.4    Ensure all Rodent Bait Box are fixed to there place & cleaned. 

4.1.5    Ensure there is no Cobweb in plant weekly.

4.1.6    Ensure K-Othrine (2%) spray has done in plant for night.

4.1.7    Fill the record of plant sanitization.       

4.2 PREPARATION OF 200 PPM SODIUM HYPOCHLORIDE SOLUTION

 SOP for Cleaning and Sanitization of Colour Mixer Tank & Colour Stirrer Tank.

4.2.1    Add 5 ml of 4% sodium hypo chloride in 1000 ml water.

4.2.2    Fill the record in Sanitization record format.
