3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Head-All departments of XYZ to comply with the SOP.

3.2  Housekeeping persons to follow the SOP.

4.0 PROCEDURE

4.1 Collect all the scrap from the floor and remove it to a designated area.

4.2   Mop the floor with the water.

4.3 After that mop the floor with 200 ppm solution of hypochlorite solution.

5.0 Frequency: Weekly
