Job Descriptions

Arranging plant & machinery maintenance and coordination with maintenance sub-contractors wherever required.

Imparting training to all department heads on Safety, Quality, GMP, 5S & other documentation, Evaluation, and approval of the need for training for the staff as well as associates. Verifying training effectiveness.

Plant security & upkeep. Supervision/monitoring of all departments, ensuring their adherence to GMP & other quality standards; interacting regularly with staff members & workers.

Ensuring fulfillment of statutory requirements like the Factories Act, labor laws, pollution control board requirements, and safety requirements.

To make the production plan every month, which shall be further divided into weekly planning as per the forecast received from the Company

Ensure that the planned production targets are met daily.

Forecasting the availability of the raw material, and packaging material, in advance to QC officials& follow-up with suppliers/vendors for the same.

Lab Boy Job description

JOB TITLE:  LAB BOY

ACCOUNTABLE TO: Quality Incharge

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 10^th,+2

Job Descriptions

Daily has taken out shift-wise tablets A, B, and C for analysis.

To ensure that the dosing pump work is seen every two hours, note the To ensure that work should start at the right time.

Cleaning of Lab, Chemical Bottles & instruments daily basis. record whether works properly or not.

According to the SOP adding to the Sodium Hypochlorite in the dosing pump drum.

Ensure that reports of the lab to plant and plant to the lab are properly communicated to the shift office and production manager.

Washing of Glassware every hour

Ensure that take out of tablet every hour for analysis.

To ensure proper sampling of raw material under the observation of a chemist.

 Preparation of PM/RM and FG for testing outside the lab.

Ensure that all the raw material reports are Xerox and sent to the store.

Ensure that glassware and chemically handled without permission of chemist.
