QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Post Graduation have Ten years of Experience with adequate Administrative and Industrial experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Arranging plant & machinery maintenance and coordination with maintenance sub-contractors wherever required. Imparting training to all department heads on Safety, Quality, GMP, 5S & other documentation, Evaluation, and approval of the need for training for the staff as well as associates. Verifying training effectiveness.

Plant security & upkeep. Supervision/monitoring of all departments, ensuring their adherence to GMP & other quality standards; interacting regularly with staff members & workers. Ensuring fulfillment of statutory requirements like the Factories Act, labor laws, pollution control board requirements, and safety requirements.

To make the production plan every month, which shall be further divided into weekly planning, as per the forecast received from the Company.

To ensure that the planned production targets are met daily. Forecasting the availability of the raw material, and packaging material, in advance to Company officials & following up with suppliers/vendors for the same.

To evaluate optimum manpower utilization Ensure housekeeping & upkeep on the entire factory premises. To ensure timely maintenance of all machinery for uninterrupted production. To ensure that the Quality procedures given by the QA department are in compliance on the shop floor, during different operations.

Job allocation to Store In-charge & Production Heads & their supervision and guidance. To attend to customer complaints forwarded by QA,  and submit their investigation reports. To bring any non-conformance to the attention of the company immediately, and take steps for resolution of these; monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions taken.

Annual appraisal of subordinate staff. Timely payment of Govt. & statutory dues. Scrutinizing various agreements & discussing me with Directors for their finalization & execution. Preparation of plant layout.
